Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-09-17
This policy applies to every purchase of a ShipKit license at https://shipkit.sh, sold by Hongwei Wang.
All sales are final
A ShipKit license is digital goods: the moment your payment clears you are invited to the private GitHub repository and can clone the full source code. Because what you bought cannot be returned once it has been delivered, we do not offer refunds — not for a change of mind, not for a project that did not go ahead, and not after the source has been accessed.
Please read the documentation before you buy. If you have a question about whether ShipKit fits your project, email us first and we will answer it.
When we will make it right
This does not cover problems on our side. Contact us if:
- you were charged more than once for the same license;
- a technical failure on our side means you never received repository access, and we could not fix it.
We fix delivery first; a duplicate charge is refunded in full.
Refunds and repository access
If a payment is refunded or reversed for any reason — a duplicate charge, a chargeback, a refund required by law — the license that payment bought ends and access to the repository is removed.
Your statutory rights
Where the law gives you a refund or withdrawal right, that right applies and nothing here limits it. For digital content supplied immediately at your request, consumer withdrawal rights in the EU and UK generally end once delivery begins.
Before you file a chargeback
Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, ends your license while it is open, and we can usually resolve the same problem in a day.
